first is first

We've been thinking to make our little peanut for a few months now, but didn't think it would happen so fast. Even my RE was surprise yesterday at our appointment. I just took a blood pregnancy test yesterday and it says A POS and I am assuming that means BIG FAT POSITIVE. I got so excited yesterday that couldn't wait until DH comes home. I called him; he got so excited and he came home right away. I am so happy that I still can't believe it. I guess we will have an ultrasound in two weeks to check the embryo.
